We have a 14-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us in original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns. We do not accept returns on clearance items, sale items and/or cut yardage. Books and patterns may not be returned due to copyright laws. Please contact us right away should you receive an order that is not correct, so we can remedy the problem.
